Loyalty Rewards

Near the bottom right corner of any page, you will see a 'Earn Rewards' link/icon.  This is the gateway for information regarding our Loyalty/Referral Rewards Program.

We offer loyalty points to repeat customers, and referral points for new business/person referrals that make a qualifying purchases (for both the referrer and referral).  In a nutshell, loyalty (repeat customer) purchases earn you 2% towards future purchases, while referring a new customer can get both you and the new customer $5.00 towards a purchase.

I don't have time to figure this out - but it sounds good. What do I do?

First step: create an account by click on the Create an Account link located above the Cart icon near the upper right corner of any screen.  The account is associated with an e-mail address as a login/user ID, and a password of your choice. 

2nd step: Sign In before you make your purchases.  The Sign In link in just to the left of the Create an Account link.  If you add items to your 'cart' and then proceed to pay, without first signing/logging in, there is an option to sign/log in also at the beginning of the payments process.  You will automatically accumulate 2% loyalty reward points to your account for every dollar and cent you spend, that can be redeemed on a future purchase, as long you have at least $5.00 in redeemable loyalty earnings. (having an account also saves you LOTS of time because the ship-to name and address are already entered for you every time you purchase)  Please note that our large customers with special negotiated bulk pricing do have qualify for loyalty earnings in most instances, because we have already priced your accounts as low as we can.

1. When you buy items, you earn 2 points for every dollar spent.  This is very similar to earning a permanent 2% discount on everything.

2.  For each business or person you refer who makes a first-time purchase of $49 or more, you get 500 points added to your account, or $5.00, and that business/person you referred gets an immediate coupon for $5.00 off a first-time purchase of $49 and more.

Each point is valued at one cent.  100 points = $1.00 (one dollar).

Points are essentially the same as money, but not quite: they must be redeemed/traded for a coupon code.  The coupon code is to be entered at the Checkout screen, and the discount is applied to your purchase.  Points become a coupon code, which then becomes like money.

Visit the 'Get Rewards' tab to view the reward redemption options.  You redeem/trade your points for a discount code/coupon that can be used at the Checkout screen on your next/future purchase.  For example: you redeem 500 point for a $5.00 off coupon code that can be entered as you checkout/pay for a purchase.

No - so you need to add a few dollars of product to your purchase: total purchase minus coupon value must be at/above $49.  Otherwise, the system adds the shipping fee.

You are automatically earning loyalty earnings with your purchases if you have an account with us, whereby you login in your e-mail address and your password.

Your up-to-date points balance is always displayed in the top of the popup window as you click on the "Earn Rewards" icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.

No - there is no cost and no catch.  If you have created an account on our site, you are already accumulating loyalty rewards.  We have very low everyday prices, and if you prefer not to create an account at our site, we respect that, but you will be missing on free loyalty/referral point opportunities.  It will never cost you anything to earn points.

You should receive loyalty points in your account instantly when a purchase is complete.  Referral points are earned when a referral makes a completed purchase.  All earned points continue to accumulate until you redeem them.

At this time, we have no plans to ever expire anyone's points.  Your points will stay with your account indefinitely, and can be redeemed at any time.

When you return an item, you lose the associated credit you originally earned by buying the item in the first place.
